The exterior of the building looked impressive and the wedding rooms had large windows overlooking the garden, but the downstairs wedding rooms smelled musty. In the bedroom there was a long crack along one wall corner and the carpet needed cleaning; the windows hadn't been cleaned in a while. Upstairs in the corridor the ceiling was sagging and much larger than the photo showed. There is a lot of potential, but it needs work and upkeep. I’m glad we tested it for one night before booking a wedding. The gardens, garden furniture, and the building look nice from a distance, but everything is worn out.
