How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is excellent. I’ve been coming here for many years and I’m satisfied. It could use a renovation – the plumbing is weak, the doors are very old, you could see outside with the door closed, and the furniture is very worn. They could learn from their neighbors at Grand Hotel.

Nothing to say.

The staff were friendly and the hotel’s position is good. The room furniture is old and worn; the switches and sockets need urgent replacement.

It’s well placed close to the beach. The room wasn’t very clean, and there was loud noise at night because the room didn’t have double‑glazed windows.

The staff are friendly and always helpful; you can request a room change without trouble, whether it’s near the sea, Lake Techirghiol, or on a particular floor. The furniture is old but of good quality and designed to use every corner. The hotel urgently needs a renovation – at least the kitchen should be upgraded in all rooms, and the electrical switches replaced. The hotel once had chillers to regulate room temperature, but they’ve been removed and air‑conditioners installed in every room instead; the remote controls no longer match the devices in the rooms.
