The staff were fantastic—welcomed us warmly and made us feel safe. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the AC was loud enough to be heard. We enjoyed Netflix, obviously using our own account. No complaints.

The service was very pleasant; every question was answered, deficiencies were noted, and help was given everywhere. I truly felt well cared for. The room is small but fully equipped, and you can sit outside in front of the room. The bed is comfortable, the pool is clean, and the garden is very pretty.

Jonathan was exceptional, as was the rest of the staff. The location is clean, well secured, and the team is dedicated; we were only a few minutes from the beach. Thanks, Jonathan, for your service and excellent attitude.

The staff were great and any issues were handled quickly; the Wi‑Fi worked fine and all TV channels were in Spanish, though I didn’t watch much since I was on vacation, and it was very quiet at night—ideal for sleeping. The only downside was the high price of meals at the hotel.
