“I request a nonsmoking room. The room I got smelled like a cigarette butt. Nasty smell!”

The ice machine worked, but I asked for a non‑smoking room and the one I received smelled like a cigarette butt—nasty.

“Great place for the money”

The kids enjoyed the pool, and the hotel was close to the house I was visiting, but the upstairs room was disappointing.

I paid online, but when I arrived they wouldn't let me check in—unacceptable 😑
