The place is beautiful, with a lovely garden, a nice pool, and a fronton court; overall it feels cozy and full of greenery. The ongoing renovations slightly degrade the vibe, and while I understand it’s temporary, it would be best if they finished as soon as possible.

The venue is very pretty, but the entry and exit process is awkward, having to find someone to open and close the gate.

The hotel’s decor is cute, and I liked how many amenities let you do various activities—swimming, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and ping‑pong—and especially the staff who go above and beyond to meet your requests and needs; we had a great time. The downside was that in our room we could hear a lot of outside noise.

The pool and snacks were super delicious.

The pool isn’t like the pictures; there’s no visible staff, and to turn it off you have to leave your room and press a button. There’s no restaurant, and the few snacks offered are incomplete. It gets very dark at night, so you must request light. The room lacks a trash bin, and I found a wrapper of cookies under one of the beds. The dogs wanted to lick my feet, and I couldn’t walk barefoot on the grass because I saw them urinating there, and finally they bit my ball.
