How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The bed and room were acceptable, but after ordering a pizza from the menu we ate half and left the rest for the next day, only to wake up to ants crawling over the leftovers. When I complained to the staff upon checkout, they offered no compensation, and I’ll never stay here again.

The place was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of Indonesian and Western dishes—one of the best parts of the hotel. Easy airport access and a central location in Kuta are additional perks, though I had to wait until 14:00 to access the room.

The price is reasonable for the room and facilities, but everything was broken or non‑functional, and the technician team failed to fix any issues.

Quarto e pequeno almoço foram satisfatórios, mas nada realmente marcante.
