The staff are great, professional, and friendly—keep up the good work. The hotel would benefit from better maintenance, as several facilities were not working properly, including the television, the Android box, the wardrobe, and the water system.

The cleanliness could be better; there were many gecko droppings in the corners, and the swimming pool was covered in algae, making it slippery and unsafe for kids.

The setting is very pretty, the bed is super comfy, and the staff are friendly. It’s conveniently close to the temples. However, you can’t eat after 7 pm and the food is mediocre. The pool was dirty and very slick, and the rooms weren’t clean either, with no nightly housekeeping. Towels didn’t change, there were a lot of deposits in the bathroom, a limescale issue, bungalow doors that won’t close, broken wardrobe doors, and the traffic noise was loud.
