“Idéal pour une nuit”

A pleasant stay for one night, with an ideal and convenient location. The accommodation provides the basics for a short trip, but the comfort is quite minimalist, better suited for a single night than a longer stay. A decent option for a quick fix or to enjoy the location. The location is convenient for a night, but several aspects are disappointing. The lack of a shower door creates a real privacy issue, making it hard to accommodate people who aren’t very close or who want to preserve privacy. Additionally, the breakfast advertised as included is very disappointing: no coffee pods or biscuits. The phrase “breakfast included” feels somewhat exaggerated. In short, the place can work for a night because of its location, but the comfort and services would benefit from improvement.

Everything was excellent; we stayed for two nights with a child. The pillows might have been a bit too thin, but we managed and still slept well. (They left an extra pillow 👍)

“Disgusting service and poor facilities”

The room had plenty of space, but the service was non‑existent. I sent many messages and only got three replies: a PayPal payment request, unclear check‑in instructions (thanks Bary, we finally got in), and transfer info I didn’t ask for. When we entered, the air conditioner was on and we received towels for only one person, even though I was traveling with my husband and mentioned it everywhere. All communication was via messenger. Later, I asked to turn off the AC because it didn’t respond to the remote and no one was on site to help; there was no plug for it. I repeated the request several times. The instruction even told us not to use the AC because of expensive electricity, which was not my problem, but we didn’t plan to use it at all. We had to Google how to turn it off manually because it was still running when we returned at 9 pm. The pillows were terrible, filled with cheap paper that could fall apart without a pillowcase. There were no hooks for towels or a place to store used ones, no trash bin, no soap holder or other washing accessories. The floor was dirty, dusty, and nobody had cleaned it before our arrival. I don’t understand why the owners call it boutique hotel rooms – there’s nothing luxurious here except the entrance.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The property is in a very central area and well connected to the city center. Nearby bus and metro stops make traveling very easy. The room was very clean and quiet. Kudos to the entire staff.

“Pessimo”

The stay was a disaster, absolutely not recommended. We only had one towel per person, no hand or bidet towels. The bathroom lacked soap, only about five single‑dose shampoo and shower gel sachets, not enough for two people, especially since my boyfriend is 2 meters tall and even a single shower wouldn't have sufficed. The sink handle broke off, making it unusable, the shower leaked, and the toilet drain jammed after flushing. We turned on the AC for just five minutes to cool the room, but it stalled and wouldn’t turn off; even cutting the power to the room didn’t stop the inexplicable cold air. We spent the night in the cold. The AC filters looked filthy, raising doubts about regular cleaning. With no shower gel, we bought one for €1 and left it in the room for future guests, hoping they could at least wash. I tried contacting Gianluca upon arrival to report all these issues, but received no reply. A place with so many problems—poor maintenance, insufficient services, and no assistance—is unacceptable. A truly disappointing stay that I would never recommend or return to.
