“I always come here if there's a vacancy”
I always enjoy coming here with my dog; she loves it too, and I came to relax for a few days. Nothing else.
“Df.sergeant A richards m smith”
The room was filthy, no TV for about a month until we finally got a Threeview TV, no heating, and the carpet was dirty; the bathroom door frame had burn marks and grime, and the bottom of the bed on the skirting board had what looked like blood or coffee stains. We were also owed money because we left early—paid until 13 September plus £75 for what turned out to be lies, and £340 owed to us for two vans after the manager lied to his wife and boss, darkening owner names and treating us poorly.
“Very poor, don't book”
Breakfast was 2 doors away Mine was cold and very small Wife's was straight out the microwave 1 sausage, 1bacon, 1 hash brown and a few beans. Try cooking a breakfast worth the money No toilet roll in room Carpets covered in pet hair Lots of dust Toilet very hard to flush Cupboard with kettle definitely wasn't cleaned from last guests ( victims)
“I did not stay filthy ,& breakfast is 2 hotels away.”
The cleanliness was awful, shared toilets down the hall, separate shared shower down the hall – I felt things crawling on me, slept in a car and then the door was chewed the next day. The Royal Hotel is absolutely beautiful. I want my money back. The only word that sums it up is disgusting.
“You'll be better off elswhere.”
The children’s bed seemed clean, but that was the only positive. Ants crawled on the bed, there were blood stains on the mattress, the wall was mouldy, and the shower literally fell away from the wall (see images). The fridge didn’t work and all the milk was way out of date. I was told upon arrival that I’d have to pay £10 for my pet, even though the listing said it was included. I was told to keep noise down after 9 PM, yet there were lots of drunken shouting outside our room after midnight. The wheelchair was repeatedly left outside the room door, making it hard to get out and creating a hazard.
