The beds were comfy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but there was no elevator. We were on a two‑week road trip with a lot of luggage, and as women in our seventies we usually manage our own bags but can’t climb many flights of stairs. Thankfully the staff assisted us when we arrived and left.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable, and the temperature stayed pleasant. The TV was awful—most channels were so dim we could only hear them, and there was no way to adjust brightness on the TV or remote. The bathtub hadn’t been cleaned properly and had a lot of hair and grime. The coffee maker still had leftover grounds from the previous guest. Two washcloths were insufficient, and the continental breakfast lacked protein options; the fruit was terrible.

The room was clean, but the parking lot signage was awful. If you go into the lower level you can’t enter without a key. The lobby entrance is in the upper parking lot, so you have to descend two sets of stairs to get there. There’s a ramp at the end of the upper parking lot, but it’s not clearly marked, and without a key you can’t get into the building. No elevators exist, making it inaccessible for anyone who struggles with stairs. For the price we paid, the lack of signage and consideration for people with mobility issues was disappointing. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this place. We deliberately avoided staying at a Baymont the next night in another city because of this experience.

The room was fine, but with no elevator and us on the 3rd floor, it was tough for anyone with bad knees. The breakfast wasn’t great; I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels with a far better breakfast.
