“The staff is very proactive and supportive. The staff was not misleading.”
The place feels very nice and clean, and the staff are genuinely helpful. We were in Goa for a meditation program hosted by Shivyog at Goa University, and the Swami Samarth temple just behind our room gave us goosebumps. However, a few rooms lacked the cupboard that was advertised when we booked, which is a basic requirement that should be present in every room. Also, the light and fan switches should be two‑way so you can easily turn them off. This isn’t a complaint, just a suggestion for improvement.
