The place was good value and close enough to the train station, and the host was helpful, understanding my needs and offering an alternative room. I usually avoid writing negative comments, but I wanted to give the host a chance to improve; I had to get out of bed twice early in the morning to ask other guests to stop chatting in the lounge with the door open and making long phone calls at 5 a.m. It would help if the hotel put signs in the lounge and rooms to remind guests, especially younger ones, not to disturb others, and add warning notes in the check‑in messages. Hope this helps.
