The location is great, not far from the Christ the Redeemer statue, the sanctuary, and the ZOO200 – worth a visit with kids. You can also explore the underground bunkers in MRU. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, had a fridge, Wi‑Fi, warm rooms, hot water, and you could use the kitchen if you bring your own dishes (cups, cutlery, pots, etc.) and towels. The whole place is very peaceful, the atmosphere is great, and you can really relax.

The toilet had a problem – the flush didn’t work and water kept running. When I went to pick up the key, the staff’s attitude suggested the issue wasn’t new. A phone call to report the problem started with an outburst about it being Sunday, ending with “what can I do?” and no response, ignoring our calls. The bathroom floor was dirty, the shower had mysterious packaging, and there was no hot water.
