“Worst nightmare”

I was shocked by the late‑night disturbance at the hotel: after a quiet night (my dad was ill and we went to bed early), a staff member knocked on our door loudly at 11:15 pm, waking us up. I opened the door and was told the dinner bill was only 80 AED, yet they insisted I pay immediately. I looked for them after dinner but no one was at the restaurant, so I decided to pay in the morning. I went to the reception at 10 °C, still half‑asleep, and ended up paying 80 AED, while my room cost about 500 AED and I paid an additional 140 AED for wine. I feel the staff were audacious and I’m sharing the transaction from 11:15 pm to prove it.

The construction noise was unavoidable, and there was no elevator available during my stay.

A wedding was happening at the hotel, so it was noisy and I couldn’t sleep; the staff didn’t care about our discomfort and we had to leave.

The view from the balcony was amazing! This is the best hotel in Armenia. You can not only stay here but also stroll in the beautiful garden. The hotel has a stunning interior and hospitality. If I return to Goris, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. We booked a room for two and for four; both were magnificent! Very clean and cozy. The only suggestion would be to have a small fridge in the rooms. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was simply amazing with a huge selection of hot dishes, salads, drinks! We truly enjoyed our stay, and in the evening it was great to sit in one of the restaurants and enjoy the music, the garden, and the view from the hotel! The kitchen was very tasty. I definitely recommend it; we’re thrilled with the service, interior, and exterior of the hotel!

The rooms were clean and cozy, equipped with everything needed for comfort. The food was good, but there is room for improvement—expand the menu and hire staff for quick service during peak times. You can request a taxi for sightseeing or to go to Yerevan. The grounds are well kept, pleasant to be in and relax, and the view from the window is simply stunning. The downside is the poor sound insulation in the room; at night you can hear someone walking in the corridor and opening/closing doors very clearly.
