The convenience and location were positive, but the hot water needs to be fixed.
“Disgusting”
When we checked out, there were garbage cans collecting water in the lobby, my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor, and it seemed construction needed to be finished in the rooms. Someone else’s hair was throughout the room, the toilet seat wasn’t clean when I arrived, it took 20 minutes for hot water to reach the room, and the desk chair was broken and unstable. Delavan isn’t a city, so you can get to everything easily.
The spot is great, but the rooms could use a refresh.

It was just okay; it could have been better. I found bugs at the bottom of the windows that looked like ladybugs.

I found multiple bugs on the unit—a centipede and something that looked like a roach. The picture did not match the description.
