How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot sits right next to the boulevard and not far from the city center, with little steps everywhere that speed up moving around. The place was clean, and I even got to check in at 11 am. I'd book it again. The bedroom has no window, but that doesn't bother me.

It’s in an excellent location, and communication with the owner was smooth. Towels are changed, and the access instructions are correct. Maybe a coat of paint on a wall would help, but I understand that with so many hostels, there are marks on the walls.

The location is very good, the price reasonable, and the place is clean. Towels were changed during the stay. Unfortunately, the unit is in the office of the building shown in the photos, not inside the building itself as the photos might suggest. A huge drawback is the window facing the underground parking/garbage area (it was unclear whether there were ongoing construction works). The apartment smells damp, even though outside it was over 19 °C at night—an obvious ventilation issue despite the extractor running all night. The walls show isolated water damage/mold spots, though it's hard to confirm.

The spot is close to the old center and central, about a 15‑minute walk, with a marker nearby, a bar close by, quiet and clean. Everything is fine. I’d suggest adding a coffee machine, an iron, and a toilet brush. Also, a towel hook in the bathroom near the sink would be nice.
