Communication was good and we could check in early. The place was clean and the basket of biscuits and hot chocolate was nice, plus tea bags, coffee and milk were provided. There weren’t enough utensils for cooking, the mattresses had exposed springs and needed replacing, and there were no mattress or pillow protectors; the quilts were stained and also in need of replacement.

“I’m afraid I wouldn’t stay here again as it did not meet expectations”

There were nice touches like tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The design was spacious and well-equipped, the decor was neutral and homely, and the bathrooms were spotless. The caravan felt a little unstable, wobbly when you walked around, and the spring mattresses on all beds were very uncomfortable, causing poor sleep and painful springs that dug into the body; they definitely need replacement for a better stay.

The main bedroom was larger than I expected, and the cooking facilities were good in a quiet setting. Everything was fine overall, though the sofa‑bed area and bedding could have been cleaner; the middle twin room had very small beds, so it wasn’t ideal for taller teenagers but was acceptable for a short stay.

“Lovely weekend break”

Lovely size caravan for 3 of us, main bedroom was very spacious and 2 bathrooms was nice. The bed was very uncomfortable A little welcome book would have been useful explaining how things work etc

“Wouldn’t stay again”

There was nothing particularly good to mention. The place was dirty, swarmed with gnats that bit us all over, and the internet and reception were shockingly bad. Food was still in the fridge, a crushed biscuit in the wardrobe had gnats everywhere, and something was dropping above the window. The damage was everywhere, and overall we were not happy or comfortable at all.
