“Very good, as advertised”

The check‑in was fantastic; the app worked well and the host was very attentive, even meeting us a bit before the scheduled check‑in. I could contact them via WhatsApp and got a helpful message a few days earlier. There’s a gated courtyard for safe parking. The place matched the description and was clean. It can accommodate quite a few people (one double bed and two fold‑out beds). It’s a short 3‑minute walk to the historic town center. It would have been nice to have some toiletries like shower gel or shampoo, but that wasn’t a big issue.

“interessante.”

Unexpectedly good, very professional. Coffee pods were missing (at least two) and at least one bottle of water per person was missing. There’s no handrail on the upper part of the entrance staircase.

“In viaggio tra borghi della Tuscia e il mare”

This was our second stay at the property; as always the room was spotless, welcoming, and stylishly decorated. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Tuscania’s walls and convenient for reaching the seaside towns and the various Tuscia villages. Breakfast was superb at the nearby pastry shop. The host was always ready to meet any need. There is a private parking lot inside the premises. We will definitely return for a third visit!
