“Amazing Food and Service”
The food here was amazing, and the staff, particularly Mr. Chandan and Bhanu, were super helpful and professional - five stars for their service! I had a really great stay, and it's clear that all the staff go out of their way to make you feel like royalty. The service was superb, and I appreciated how friendly everyone was. Overall, a fantastic experience.
“Worst Hotel Experience”
The bathroom was a disaster - the jacuzzi was broken, and dirty water was coming out of the toilet, so we had to switch rooms. And to make matters worse, the geyser wasn't working properly in the new bathroom either. What a nightmare! I was really looking forward to staying here, but it ended up being the worst hotel experience ever. Definitely won't be going back.
