The guy at reception was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained, and the room was nice and quiet even though the facility was fully booked. The bed felt a bit hard for me—I usually like a firm bed—yet I slept well, just woke up a bit sore. All facilities were in excellent condition, so overall it was very pleasant and comfy. I didn’t dislike it, but I would have appreciated a microwave or toaster. We had driven a long way, were exhausted, and didn’t want to hunt for restaurants or take‑away; having a way to make a cuppa, toast, or reheat a frozen meal would have made it feel more like a home away from home.

The rooms were terrific and the staff were great; she was a delight to see each day, with a big smile and a big hello every time. It was a great experience staying there. The vending machine ran out of KitKats, lol.

The building looks old, but the rooms have clearly been updated, are very modern, and clean overall, which really impressed me. There is no dining of any kind.
