Breakfast was great with a wide selection, everything was available, and the timing was perfect; we enjoyed it as a family. The indoor pool was a bit cool, while the room temperature was very warm. All rooms are nicely designed and well maintained.

We stayed for quite a long period and the staff throughout the hotel were very attentive to every request. The reception staff made every effort to answer all questions about the location, recommended tours, and gave us free lift tickets for all the cable cars (perhaps because of the long stay), with explanations and a lot of care. The room we booked (not sure about others) was very comfortable and indulgent. We asked for a room with an accessible shower and received it. It was wonderful, the spa was excellent, the massage professional, and everything needed for a pleasant holiday. Keep in mind that the price is not cheap but worth it for those who want pampering and quality service. The salad bar at every meal lacked variety, was boring, repeated itself, and sometimes the salad was a mix of the morning or previous day’s ingredients; bowls that ran out were not refilled, and when the selection was small it was wrong to put the same salad twice in the same spot just to fill the place with something else. Main dishes were very small, accompanied by foamy garnish that takes space. Sometimes we found a fish dish only a finger or two wide, which is very small by any standard for a hotel of your caliber. Wine prices are extremely high (we compared prices with retail chains) and it would be wise to consider more moderation.

The rooms are very nice and the bar has very friendly staff. There was a used diaper on the outdoor pool for at least three hours. 😡🤮See photos. Nothing of the diaper’s owner could be seen anywhere. The staff did not care either. 🤔 In the wellness area, people were smoking in the quiet zone in the outdoor area, and the staff did not intervene. 🧐🫣 Dinner was average and not worth the price. During breakfast, you even had to fetch the coffee yourself. The price‑performance level of the hotel does not match at all.
