The location, facilities, and staff were all excellent; everyone was friendly and eager to help, and the breakfast and dinner menus offered a good variety. No negatives.

The staff’s attention and availability were great, and the room was very nice. I found it odd that they didn’t offer a welcome drink, especially since we were staying several days as a family of four; this was the only thing I noticed that was lacking compared to other hotels in the coastal area, and the agency’s rates seemed a bit high for families. Otherwise everything was fine.
