From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with an amazing atmosphere and attention to every detail. Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Our room was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped. The location was excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything nearby. The level of service and genuine care made us feel at home. I’d stay again and highly recommend this place for its beauty, exceptional service, and memorable experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The value for money was great. The hotel is a bit noisy.
The service was superb and the staff spoke English very well, the breakfasts were delicious, the people were friendly, the price was good, and the location was convenient, but at night you could hear people from the floor above.
They told us the reservation hadn’t been received and that the room had been given to other guests. That was untrue because we had received a confirmation email from them. We are Genius 2, and the rooms are cheaper for us. We think they took advantage of other customers who paid more (not through Booking) to give the room to them. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Not recommended—only go if no alternative exists.
