“Estancia agradable”

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, from reception to the restaurant and bar. The bar has karaoke; you can request songs and they try to set the mood. The Sunday buffet is very varied and tasty, the aguachile is delicious. The room is quite spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the whole place stays clean. The gym is a bit small, but it’s adequate for a quick workout and you won’t miss exercising. They offer free luggage storage. Nothing to complain about, everything I liked.

Nothing to praise. The cost‑to‑service ratio was off: the bathroom smelled bad, hallway noise was audible, light leaked through the windows even when closed, and the parking attendants were slow at moving cars.

I didn't have breakfast because I found a cockroach climbing onto the table, which shook my confidence. When I said I was leaving on Sunday at 5 pm, they even offered me free airport transport, yet when I handed over the room key they added 800 pesos—felt like an abuse.
