How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location, beach, friendly and helpful staff were positives. But many things were broken and didn’t work. The weekday breakfast was a disaster, no tea, weekend breakfast was richer. The pool was unclean. Some doors wouldn’t open (my son got locked out). Water on the stairs caused an accident and more. Things that were good five years ago are gone; we’ll never return—sad but true.

Localização excelente, natureza exuberante e os funcionários são educados e atenciosos. A limpeza do local não é satisfatória. No restaurante há presença de cachorro e de pássaros que comem os alimentos expostos para o café da manhã. Os funcionários que os espantam. As cadeiras também apresentavam sujeiras. Ainda cabe registrar que na recepção, quando chegamos , por volta das 12:40 não tinha ninguém e quando fomos fazer o checkout, as 6:40, também não tinha funcionário

Everyone on the staff was incredibly courteous, beyond words. The room’s acoustics were terrible, with loud speakers that kept the noise up even during the day; a group was monitoring the pool with a loud speaker, making it impossible to stay nearby. Breakfast at 08:30 was missing a lot of items, so I settled for milk and three cheese breads. I tried calling for assistance but couldn’t get a response.

The team was extremely polite and attentive, but the building is quite old and in need of serious upkeep. In our first room the air‑conditioner was very noisy, though the staff calmly arranged a change. The garden had many dead plants, some rooms were missing window glass, and one bathroom wouldn’t heat water at all while the others worked fine. Breakfast was far below expectations with very few choices and no hot dishes like scrambled eggs. I’m not sure if it gets better in summer, since the hotel was pretty empty and we only saw three other guest groups.
