Very good hotel and service.

Clean location with good breakfast. After checking out, the invoice was supposed to be emailed within 20 minutes, but it didn't arrive even after a day, so I had to contact customer support multiple times. The chatbot only gave circular answers, which was disappointing for such a good hotel.
