The outdoor areas and the pool were nice, but there was no air conditioning and the interior felt a bit outdated.

A traditional house on a hill with an amazing view, very clean, and a well‑located swimming pool with shaded spots to relax.

The location is great, the view is superb, and the outdoor area is good. The beds and sofa were not up to par.

The property impresses with its isolated hilltop setting, cypress‑lined drive and spectacular views, plus a beautiful, clean pool area… but that’s about all the good news. The check‑in started badly: we received no prior information and were asked to fill out an online form requesting personal data and photos of both sides of our ID and a selfie with the document – a clear privacy concern. Young guests will find the Wi‑Fi non‑existent (the router doesn’t even have a power cable) and mobile reception is terribly weak, despite the cheeky password hint “Bad Wlan? – Enjoy the view”. The kitchen was grimy and needed a thorough wash before we felt comfortable; the faucet required a makeshift plumber’s trick to turn from the right to the left basin and back. The oven clearly had survived a fire before, so we avoided using it. In the bathroom, the shower shelf seemed to hold a previous guest’s hair, and the toilet brush was disgustingly filthy – a new one would probably cost about €5. The front‑door lock only worked with force, and most drawers stuck. There were two bedrooms with two wardrobes for four people, which was fine, except one wardrobe was secured with a screwed‑on padlock; when we asked for a key the answer was “Just use another wardrobe”. The beds had such high‑spring mattresses that the springs were visible through the sheets, making sleep terrible. Mosquito nets were present but partly torn, and the so‑called garden furniture was mostly old beer‑garden sets past their prime.
