The stay at Lake View Recency was excellent; the only downside was the congested area in Pondicherry, but otherwise the location is great with no chaos and a charming front view of the lake that feels refreshing in the morning. I would recommend everyone to visit and enjoy their time in Pondicherry, though the Netflix app on the TV in room 301 isn’t working and needs fixing.

The rooms were neat and clean, just opposite the lake with a serene view, and it only took a 10‑minute drive to reach attractions like the beach, White Town, churches, and the French colony.
