The bathroom door was broken, hanging on its hinges with nails sticking out, making it unsafe; it just leaned against the wall. Blood stains were visible on the lamp shade, and there seemed to be blood in the sink and on the broken door. Mold was present in the tub, the toilet was backing up, and a layer of dust covered the wall with residue on the glass table surface. In room 205, the TV was smashed and non‑functional.

The location was fine, but the bathroom had black mold, a dead bug was found on the bed, and the room was filthy and not cleaned at all; they didn't even provide hand soap in the bathroom.

The room was dirty and I spotted a cockroach in the bathroom sink; thankfully there were towels, which was a relief. The room sat under the escalators, so I could hear everything and couldn't sleep, leading me to leave the next morning and find another hotel.
