The price is reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed mainly because my dentist was close to the hotel. I only ate breakfast after 10 am, and while there were many options available, the flavors could use some improvement.

The room is spacious with a super comfortable bed, and the pool is awesome. The breakfast buffet is wide, but there are few options outside the Balinese breakfast.

The location, staff, food, and beds are all great, but we upgraded to a room that sat right next to the conference room, so it was noisy from about 7–8 am. I woke up early so it didn’t bother me, but if you prefer a quieter night, you should mention it to the staff. I was on the 3rd floor.

We dined there twice; some dishes were served in paper cartons or takeaway style, which ruined the experience, and the restaurant service was slow. The meals were fine, and it was easier than hunting for a place to eat since there’s no other restaurant nearby. The Grab taxi service works well. The pool is nice and large, with towels provided. We did our own walking tour of Denpasar, but the museum and palace stay closed until December 2026. The breakfast buffet ran low toward the end of the morning, which is normal.
