“Great location and staff, but the rooms are lacking in freshness and smells”

The location was great and the staff were always helpful and kind, but the room I booked was the right size yet had a horrible mold smell that even my child thought was smoke, so I had to change rooms; the new room just a few doors down on the same floor still carried a musky mold odor.
