The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the room was next to the nightclubs; knowing this earlier would have let us request a different room. It was very noisy and the curtain was broken, so privacy suffered. We were moved to a quieter room, which was much cleaner overall.

The room was very clean and calm, and the location in Taksim Square was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful—thanks so much. The staff were gentle and warmly welcoming. There was nothing to dislike, honestly.

The service was excellent, the place was spotless, and towels were changed daily. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel owner was very respectable and courteous. It was very close to the metro and shops. The room lighting wasn’t good; I think LED lighting would have been better.
