How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was simple, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was tasty, plentiful, and served in the kitchen. The large bathroom was functional. Great value for the price, and the centre is just a few minutes away. Parking in front of the house is a bit tight and the entrance is narrow.

The family was truly delightful and kind. When I arrived they welcomed me with coffee and we chatted in the porch, making me feel like part of the family. The room was basic but had everything needed; there was no air‑conditioning or fan, but it wasn’t too hot for me. The bathroom is outside (next door) and exclusively for guests, which was perfect. On request, they prepared a family‑style breakfast in the morning with eggs, cheese, tomatoes, and coffee, and they kindly accommodated my vegetarian preference. Alpha is a huge, gentle dog who loves cuddles ;) Thanks! The Google Maps directions were messed up and couldn’t show the correct route for the car. I called the owners and they video‑called me to guide me to the guesthouse.

Staying with such a lovely family was a treat. We took a day trip with Avto to Vardzia, where they also took us to two castles and a monastery. It was definitely worth the money for a fantastic day and great company! Don’t be alarmed by Alpha the dog—he’s a big softie! Excellent value for money.

Summary of this review
The guest house was perfect; it’s convenient for exploring the city and for independent hikes into the mountains behind the property. They also offer a day trip to local attractions, and the staff are very kind.
