How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Communication was good and check‑in was easy, and the price was reasonable. The Wi‑Fi signal was weak. The outdoor area was shared with two other apartments and was noisy; when people closed the front door the apartment rattled. Cleaners knocked on our door at 9 am asking if we wanted the apartment cleaned, which was kind but 9 am is a bit early to be knocking.

The location was convenient. The place needs maintenance: the bathroom is very small, and the door was damaged and difficult to close.

The place was fantastic, very friendly, and the owner was helpful. The location was ideal for us – close to the beach and a wonderful promenade, as well as the city center with its restaurants. A 15‑minute walk to the train station. Nearby there was a grocery store and bus stops that made airport transfers easier. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels each day. The bathroom with a shower was large enough and well cared for. A tiny balcony was available. The only thing missing was glasses or cups – only plastic cups were provided. Maybe consider offering small beach umbrellas for guests? We would gladly rent one for the whole stay for a small fee ;)
