The place is close to the port and the commercial street, but the unit feels like a converted flat with furniture that’s below average; the bathroom needs maintenance and tidying up because it wasn’t up to standard. There’s no elevator, the flat is on the first floor, and moving luggage up and down is a real hassle. The entrance isn’t clean, though it’s the same entrance used by all the apartments.

From check‑in onward the service was thoughtful, the location was great, it was quiet at night, overall cleanliness was superb, and I had a happy three‑day holiday.

The flat was clean, roomy, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay! The location was just steps from restaurants and shopping, we walked everywhere and recommend eating at La Cantinaccia del Popolo, it’s worth the queue. Sorrento was a wonderful base as we took day trips to Capri, Amalfi, and Positano. Be sure to use the lift to Sorrento Marina (found on Google Maps) for a few euros with your suitcases; leave the port heading right past the beach to reach the nearby garden of San Francesco. The other options are steep stairs and a windy road, both hard with suitcases. We wish we’d known about the lift when we arrived.

The place is in a great spot, right in the city center. The host let us drop our backpack in the morning, so we didn’t have to carry it all day on the Amalfi Coast trip. We came back at night, our bags were there, and we booked the room, which exceeded all our expectations. Communication with the host was very easy, the keyless entry worked fine. Everything was perfect—cleanliness, room size, comfortable French bed, balcony, spacious bathroom, kitchen, dining area… EVERYTHING! Next time we’ll stay here again!
