“Tolles Familienunternehmen, perfekt ausgestattetes Hotel”
The staff are perfect, friendly, helpful, competent, and thoughtful.
“Sehr wohltuend”
The staff’s attitude towards guests is very pleasant and they remember small details. Everything is good.
“Everything exceeded expectations.”
The staff were exceptionally friendly. The location was exceptional and scenic. The room was comfy and cozy as well. Nothing comes to mind.
“Sehr ruhig gelegen und äußerst familiär.”
The décor is very cozy; nothing was missing. The staff were extremely friendly. The restaurant was very good, but the chef liked to use a lot of sauce; best to order it separately so you can control the amount.
“Ein familiäres Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung.”
A very quiet hotel that works well as a base for trips to Berchtesgaden and the surrounding area. The on‑site breakfast is good, and the staff are especially warm and helpful. The price for the stay was relatively high, and at breakfast we noticed missing egg dishes like scrambled or fried eggs and no informational cards about the buffet items.
