The hotel sits close to the Velankanni Basilica, and it’s clean with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff, however, were not welcoming.
The service and the room were excellent.

“Poor service and inadequate support for guests with disabilities”
The room was reasonably comfortable and clean. The staff were not helpful or considerate toward my sister, who has a disability, especially with her wheelchair. The security officer didn’t help us with our luggage. Basic room amenities—like a toothbrush, soap, coffee, and bottled water—were missing. The breakfast was repetitive, offering no variety during our stay, and overall the service and accessibility support were disappointing.
This hotel is by far the most upgraded facility on Church Street in Velankanni, and the staff are very well trained and welcoming.
