How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was good, but when we checked in for three nights we were hit with an additional Longstay fee of CHF 130.00 that supposedly was mentioned in the fine print, which I’ve never encountered before. Everything was extremely noisy, and we had to pay separately for luggage storage.

Super great central location, the bathroom is very large and modernly fitted, and we could leave our luggage there for free before check‑in. The staff were very guest‑oriented! The only downside was that there were still hairs from previous guests on the shower mat in the shower. Otherwise, a great stay.

The location was great, and the young gentleman who checked us in was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was awful—cold, and the bar staff didn’t record our order correctly and got it wrong, which made her very miserable and rude. The rooms were so noisy at night that I thought the windows were left open, and the rooms looked nothing like the pictures.
