The staff member Ravany was attentive, giving tips on tours, restaurants, and providing assistance from arrival until the final day, and the breakfast prepared by Iago was quite tasty.

The lodge was straightforward, family‑friendly, and the breakfast was decent; Yago was always attentive and we were well taken care of. The beaches were beautiful. The worst part was the towels, all stained and looking dirty, so I used them with hesitation and think they could improve a lot. The shower had low water pressure, making the bath take longer.

“Relativamente frustrante, em relação as fotos, nota da pousada e café da manhã.”

The two staff members were very kind and dedicated (they deserve a good rating) and did their best to help us, though the team wasn’t enough. One day the room wasn’t cleaned or arranged because the cleaning staff was off. The breakfast was very weak. Even though the lodge is in Fernando de Noronha, it fell short. I felt cheated. The amenities were poor, the bedding was bad, the mattress slipped out at night because it was too small. It’s a lodge that doesn’t deliver what it shows.
