The staff were very helpful and welcoming, but there was a strong urine smell in our bathroom that would benefit from a deep cleaning.

The staff were friendly and the location was great for visiting the Taj Mahal, yet the rooms were very ordinary, noisy, the bathroom was dirty, and all the fixtures were rusted.

There’s not much to praise; the location is decent. The facilities are barely acceptable: the shower barely works and hot water lasts only three minutes. Expect little sleep here, as loud music blasted from the rooftop every night, and staff would enter your room at 1 AM to chat and turn on the lights, leaving the door open so you could hear them. Guests arriving at 2 AM would also be invited into the room for conversation. This place fails to provide the one service it claims to: sleep. The staff’s lack of civic sense is surpassed only by that of the clientele. Save yourself the stress and book another hotel at the same price.

A great spot for budget travelers like us, with a nice rooftop bar that plays music until 11 pm and super friendly, helpful staff. The room was a bit moist and not the cleanest.

Really close to the Taj Mahal, but the night receptionist was a bit slow.
