There wasn’t much to say. I decided to leave instead of extending my stay and booked another hotel that turned out to be much better (it even had hot water). No hot water, no kettle or tea‑making facilities, the TV only worked on a few channels, and the AC was very noisy.

Near to the mall. They charge me twice for my early during my check out last september 11,2026 as the staff did not inform me to mention in the form that i fill in. im quite disappointed to management

I didn’t get a shared room; instead I was given a double with a single bunk for myself and spent a few hours waiting for the bus to Maya. The shower was broken and didn’t work, the air‑conditioner fell off at night and I was lucky to be on the lower bed. They didn’t return my passport at check‑in, but I remembered it in the last minute.
