Every time we stay here, I’m glad I chose this place; it never lets me down. The staff are exactly what I think hotel staff should be: polite but not overly subservient, and if they truly care about your concerns, they deserve an Oscar for their effort. Breakfast is a rare treat. I just wish I could stay more often.
