“Location in the mall is a plus but overall quality has dipped.”
The location is fine, but the breakfast buffet was appalling. The muesli was spoiled, the salad mix was mostly plain lettuce with brown bits left untrimmed, and the fruit—mostly apples—weren’t washed in salt or lemon after slicing, so they were brown. The quality has dropped dramatically, so it’s not worth paying for breakfast. Plus, the renovations mean you hear drilling noises intermittently, so the prices should reflect that.
“Good place to stay”
The hotel sits close to the mall, and everything else was fine.
The shopping area is nearby, but the view is over a cemetery.
The hotel’s location, the room, and the staff—who are professional, helpful, and polite—are all excellent. There are no negatives.
The location was great, especially being right above the mall, but the room felt a little dated and some shelves were dusty.
