The room was very bad, never clean, terrible service, a complete failure. There was no sound insulation, the bed was broken and awful, with two single beds jammed together and a gap in the middle while you’re sleeping.

The spot is solid, no complaints.

They handed me a room beside a roof on the first floor, while the air conditioning units were on the second floor in room 213. The hotel wasn’t full, so I expected an upgraded room for loyalty but ended up in the worst room in the building. There was hair on the bed sheet.

I told them I felt something biting me in the bed and asked for new sheets, but no one changed them even after I added a specific mark to test it; we stayed 7 nights and nothing changed. The breakfast is less than a 1‑star hotel, and the room is only a 2‑star hotel.
