Breakfast had a few options but was cooked superbly, and dinner was equally tasty when made to order; the location was the real star, right beside the Calvary Mount viewpoint, which added extra charm. Parking was a bit lacking, and the short approach road could have been smoother, but those were minor issues compared to everything else being top‑class.

The spot is unbeatable in Idukki, and the food is fantastic; the staff’s attitude was especially pleasant. The only drawback was the spotty Wi‑Fi, but that hardly mattered given the great location.

This resort is an underrated gem, boasting a spectacular view of the Idukki catchment from the 2nd floor and higher, and sometimes you can even see cloud beds. Nearby quick mountain hikes are accessible, and the stay itself is comfortable with excellent food and thoughtful amenities. We had no problems, and the staff happily satisfied random snack requests in the evening. The only issue is that credit‑card transactions incur a fee; they should consider eliminating it.
