I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was a definite plus. However, the housekeeping left much to be desired - they only changed the towels and didn't thoroughly clean the room every day. If there was any mess or dirt in the room, they simply didn't bother to clean it.

However, we encountered a minor issue with some missing light bulbs and switches, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a room with a better view, which was a lovely surprise.
