“Nice experience”

Breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection of tasty dishes, and we also dined at another restaurant where the food was delicious; the staff—especially Ms Sariga—were incredibly helpful, always smiling and treating us like royalty, and they swapped our room swiftly when we requested it. However, the pool was overcrowded with kids’ coaching sessions, making it hard to relax, which really undercuts the hotel’s overall experience; every other aspect was perfect.

“Wonderful stay, exceptional staff from concierge to front desk and bell boys.”

Everything was great, but I couldn’t find any proper outlets to use the iron that came with the room; otherwise, it was a flawless stay.

The room was spacious, the location was good, there was a nice variety of breakfast, but the room felt outdated, the bed was torn, and the bathroom had stains everywhere; the bed area wasn’t cleaned, and the room had a weird odor, even the ceilings smelled off. At check‑in, they didn’t tell us where the lift was.
