“A very central caravan park, close to amenities and a very comfortable chalet.”
Breakfast was N/A, but the chalet had a toaster, kettle, clean cutlery, and crockery, and we brought our own food. We were upgraded from a studio to a one‑bedroom chalet, which made us very happy. The man who checked us in rang that evening to ask how we were settling in and if everything was okay, which is something I’ve never experienced before, and that was really lovely. The only issue was the cleanliness of the chalet: the floor in the ensuite still had pieces of hair, the grouting around the bottom of the shower could use replacement, the cupboards inside had a lot of fluff and crumbs, and the front flywire door had a big hole, so the flies were bad and we couldn’t leave the glass door open; it got chilly quickly, but that was no longer a problem. Otherwise, the chalet was very comfortable and we had no other issues.
