“parfait!!”
The house is large and beautiful. The welcome was excellent, with tea, fruit, and small pastries. Breakfast was delicious, and the rooms are spacious. Its location inside the walls is very pleasant.

Everything was terrible from start to finish. The building is absolutely not recommended. The room was dirty and neglected, including the shower tray and carpet. The bathroom smelled awful and had no windows, making ventilation impossible. The tap fixtures were old and shabby. The linens—sheets, blankets, pillowcases—had an unpleasant odor and even stains. We also found a water jug that wasn’t full, instead of a sealed water bottle. The reception was poorly handled. The lady running the place was one of the worst parts of the stay: always rude, perpetually annoyed, never smiling or showing any courtesy. She also refused card payments, accepting only cash, a limitation that should have been clearly stated before booking. Breakfast was a huge disappointment; there was no buffet, only pre‑portioning of low‑quality food. The staff didn’t speak any English, making communication very difficult. During the first breakfast we witnessed some family members at the table acting very badly, even burping during the meal. On top of that, we found a medium‑sized spider wrapped in toilet paper—a disgusting episode that adds to an already unacceptable hygiene situation.

The owner was very helpful, even though we didn’t speak the same language we could feel her hospitality. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. On the last day she even saved us when we couldn’t find a taxi to the station (the app was down) and she drove us there.

The location is great, but communication is hard because of the language barrier.
