“Compact but convenient”

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel sits next to the train station and the staff were very accommodating, helping with transport to other islands and holding our bags while we went out. The rooms were spotless and had all the basics. The room was cramped and the bathroom was hard to move around in, with high sides and a half‑size bath, so it wouldn’t suit anyone with limited mobility. It was still spotless. The noise from other guests was noticeable, sometimes it felt like they were in our room. It was fine for a one‑night stay close to the station.

I was greeted at the front desk and checked in in no time, with someone already ready to haul my bags up the stairs; the room was spotless, and the hotel sits just a five‑minute walk from the train station and bus stops, with great restaurants right around the corner.

The place is well‑situated—just a three‑minute bus ride from the airport—and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only downside is the confusing corridors with construction bags and linen that make it hard to reach the room.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Venice train station and most attractions, and the staff made checking in a breeze; there are plenty of restaurants nearby and gondola services are available.

I like the location but you have to walk across 1 big bridge and 1 medium bridge with steps and luggage. We also got a room that you had to climb up some steps (narrow pathway) to get to our room. Apart from that the room was really great, love the bathtub and shower facilities provided!. As mentioned it was the steps
